Je wilt er zijn voor je kind.
Echt aanwezig zijn. Samen herinneringen maken. Rust ervaren. Verbinding voelen.<\/p>\n
Maar in het dagelijks leven lijkt daar zo weinig ruimte voor te zijn.<\/p>\n
Je dagen zitten vol met regelen, haasten en doorgaan. Tussen werk, afspraken, boodschappen en alle verantwoordelijkheden door blijft er weinig tijd over om stil te staan bij wat jij nodig hebt \u2014 laat staan bij oprechte tijd en aandacht voor elkaar.<\/p>\n
Misschien herken je dit:<\/p>\n
Je hebt het gevoel dat je vooral leeft op de automatische piloot<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
Je verlangt naar meer rust in je hoofd<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

Tijdens mijn kunstworkshops stappen jullie samen uit de drukte van alledag.<\/p>\n
Geen prestatiedruk.
Geen verwachtingen.
Geen \u201cgoed\u201d of \u201cfout\u201d.<\/p>\n
Alleen ruimte om te cre\u00ebren, ontdekken en aanwezig te zijn in het moment.<\/p>\n
Met verschillende materialen en technieken nodig ik jullie uit om intu\u00eftief te werken. Niet vanuit je hoofd, maar vanuit gevoel. Je hoeft niet creatief te zijn of ervaring te hebben met kunst. Het gaat niet om perfectie, maar om de ervaring van samen maken.<\/p>\n
Terwijl je handen bezig zijn, ontstaat er rust.
Je gedachten vertragen.
Je komt dichter bij jezelf.<\/p>\n
En juist daarin ontstaat ook echte verbinding met je kind.<\/p>\n
Kinderen weten vaak nog precies hoe ze zich kunnen verwonderen, experimenteren en volledig opgaan in het moment. Tijdens de workshop ontdek je hoe waardevol het is om daarin met hen mee te bewegen.<\/p>\n
Na afloop ga je niet alleen naar huis met een kunstwerk, maar met iets veel waardevollers:<\/p>\n

Als beeldend kunstenaar maak ik veelal grafische kunst vanuit intuitie waarbij vrijheid en authenticiteit centraal staan.<\/p>\n
